The MembersWorld app has been re-platformed. We’ve retained the same functionality as the previous version of the app, with minor enhancements to the look and feel to improve the user experience. These include:
- A streamlined interface and updated functionality
- Menus and icons updated to align with modern app standards
- Claims and pre-authorisation details for dependants are now accessible via the ‘Manage my plan’ section instead of ‘Track claims’ and ‘Track pre-auths’
Why has this changed?
The MembersWorld app has been rebuilt on new platform technology, following the end of support for its previous platform. As part of this platform technology upgrade, we’ve taken the opportunity to refresh the MembersWorld app design to deliver a better customer experience.
How will this affect customers?
- Rollout begins with Android users in early September, followed by iOS users towards the end of the month.
- Users will need to update the app via their app store. They will be required to re-enter their username and password after updating.
How will we be communicating this?
- A notification will appear in the current version of the MembersWorld app three weeks prior to the upgrade.
- External communications won’t be sent to members, groups, or intermediaries – except for customers with the Private Client concierge service.
- Private Client customers will be contacted by their Concierge Manager by email to let them know about the change and offer support.
